The training will be held at the California Institute for Mind/Body Awareness Penngrove Campus. The training will conclude it’s final weekend at the ‘Sea Ranch’, a pristine and environmentally responsible community that stretches along nine miles of the Sonoma Coastline and includes beautiful beaches, coves, meadows, wild life and walking and hiking trails through the redwood forest. It will be taught in a private home surrounded by natural beauty with fireplaces, decks and spas. Accommodations for shared space will be available in a private home and will include all amenities, with gourmet meals prepared and catered fresh daily. Special dietary concerns will be respected and considered whenever possible. There will be a fully equipped community kitchen available. From the time you start the training, on the first day through graduation, you will be participating in a journey of self-empowerment through self-awareness. Hypnotherapy and the hypnotic trance have much to offer. It is in fact a skill that offers access to a richer and more meaningful existence. By safely bringing your clients into trance, they learn how to relax and experience the comfort of being present in the moment. They learn how to allow their attention to become absorbed by subtle perceptions and internal images and become aware of a host of thoughts, sensations and feelings that would otherwise go unnoticed. The hypnotic trance allows us to safely explore forgotten memories, reexamine childhood experiences, process and release past trauma and enjoy freedom from our ordinary cares, concerns, and fears. We can discover unconscious abilities and capabilities that we might otherwise never recognize, and we can realize how much control over ourselves and our lives we really have. We can reexamine old problems in new ways, release ourselves from destructive patterns and allow the perfect power of our unconscious mind to find realistic ways to make our most precious hopes and dreams come true. We can understand ourselves and others in ways we could never imagine. We can learn to use the remarkable gifts hidden in the vast reservoir of the unconscious mind. Eliminating negative reactions and cultivating positive actions are some the benefits offered by hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can help us behave the way we want to behave, feel the way we want to feel, and think the way the way we want to think. This is why hypnosis is such a powerful tool in realizing our conscious desires about happiness, peace, and well being. Hypnotherapy can guide our clients and ourselves to health and truth.
